The main reason why I don't ship JelsaAge gap, similar ice powers, looks. Other people have covered that in other rants, so I won't even go into them. However, another completely different aspect as to why I don't ship Jelsa is because I feel Jelsa shippers are EXTREMELY heteronormative. Why?
I believe Elsa is gay.
Go on, try to prove me wrong, but there IS evidence to back up this headcanon. Here goes:
Scar and Jafar are villains, right? They're both flamboyant, and to Disney, that means they're gay.
Guess who else was originally supposed to be a villain? Yep, you got it. Elsa. I know, I know, that is very homophobic of Disney, but come on, it's DISNEY - what did you expect?
Elsa is also very flamboyant. She flaunts herself in her new dress during the ending of 'Let It Go', and when she throws the crown off and creates a braid out of her updo, many people have perceived this as her coming out as gay. Personally, I agree with these people.
So why would you ship a gay woman with a teenage boy who could also be gay?
Life's Too Short vs For the First time in Forever(If you aren't interested in the movie Frozen, I encourage you to not click this)
So I had a discussion with a friend recently about the deleted songs from Frozen and our discussion brought up an interesting topic. There is one particular song where we wondered if it could work in the film itself.
We were talking about what song would fit more in the actual film, this:
Personally, I'm probably in the minority when it comes to this but I prefer the song they went with instead of the first one. Don't get me wrong, I like how that one portrayed Elsa and Anna fighting like real siblings, but it won't make sense if it's mixed with what we had in the movie.
Because in that version, they acted more like real sisters. That shouldn't be much of a problem because it makes their relationship seem more realistic, but the problem is Elsa and Anna, at least in the film we got, I wouldn't exactly consider as 'real sisters' yet per say.
What I mean is they have be

Jelsa seems to be the norm nowadays when it comes to Jack and Elsa pairings. Being the most popular and default pairing for both characters, most people keep claiming that these two are perfect for each other. After all, a lot of people find it cute, adorable, and fun to ship two different characters from two different studios.
But that's not what I'm going to discuss today, instead, I'm going to state why I disagree with this pairing. I'm not gonna say they don't deserve each other and all that shiz. I'm also not gonna say they are not meant for each other just because they are from different companies and because it's not canon but for other reasons.
At first, I thought it wa
Why I No Longer Ship JelsaNote: I used to be a Jelsa shipper myself but I don't ship them anymore. I didn't expect Jelsa to be this popular. After Frozen came out in 2013, the internet is bombarded with Jelsa fan art, fanfiction, comics, and videos. They are everywhere to the point where you can't avoid them. Every time I play a game at Mafa.com, there's a Jack Frost and Elsa dress up game and an Elsa Kissing Jack Frost game. Yes, it exist but the question is, why? They're not a canon pairing so it doesn't make sense. Who made that game? There's a similar game with Kristoff/Anna and Eugene/Rapunzel. That makes sense because they're actually canon. They're the most popular crossover pairing.
Once I left the fandom, I took off my shipping goggles and I could see everything that's wrong with this ship.
Why did I ship Jelsa in the first place? I admit, when this ship came out, I was immediately hooked because it was just so adorable. Even then, I knew that this was somewhat forced (at leas
Why I don't ship Jelsa(Note: I hope to not see any hate comments on this, I hate the ship, not the shippers.)
Now, as we all know, Frozen 2 has been confirmed. I'm excited as just about any other Frozen fan, but lately, I've been seeing people saying that Jelsa should be a couple in Frozen 2, and even a few "Make Jelsa real" Petitions. Now, I rarely do rants, and to be honest, I saw this coming when Frozen first came out, but I think people have been taking it too far. Now, when most people that ship Jelsa say that they ship it, you ask them why, and here's the main thing they say.
They both have ice powers
Now, I've seen both Frozen, and I own Rise of the Guardians, so I can back this up. Elsa was born with her powers, dealing with them at birth. Jack was given his when the Man in the Moon choose him as a Guardian. Now, I think that this thing with pairing them based on powers is utter bullshit, and very shallow, and biased. So what? They got the same powers, if that was so, then everyone would be d

Hello, and welcome to Anti-Jelsa! We need to be clear on one thing, we don't hate supporters of this ship, we just dislike the ship. So don't hate on us just because we don't like this pairing.
